Does anyone know how and where to get license for tattoo? (I am located in
Kentucy)
Do I need certification from any training programs? What is in the
certification?

- I own two shops one in Pikeville Kentucky and another in Huntington West Virginia.
In Kentucky you may become a licensed Tattoo artist for $100.00 per year, However you must also be
currently working in a certified shop.
