Gang tattoo removal,help??!?
I was channel surfing yesterday afternoon and happened to see a
story on Oprah about former gangbangers having thier tattoos
removed - some doctors are apparently donating their (very
expensive) services. One young woman was featured who was fired
by Disney after they spied her ink.
Interesting.
Answer:
- when i first read this, i immediately had this picture of gang roaming about
and forcibly removing tattoos from people.

- I don't know if it was the same program, but the city of San Jose did
this earlier this year. I have fairly detailed information about this
in the Tattoo FAQ (does no one read this?).
